One-Time Services
One-time services may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once work has started, no refund is available.
Monthly Retainers
Monthly retainers require 30 days written notice to cancel. No refund of the current month's fee.
Ad Spend
Amazon ad spend is paid directly to Amazon and is non-refundable by Empromers.
Non-Refundable Items
Trademark and government filing fees, third-party tool subscriptions, and any spend paid directly to Amazon.
Refund Process
Refund requests must be sent to billing@empromers.com. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
