How we work

No silent accounts. No missed handoffs.

Agencies stall when scope is vague and reporting is inconsistent. We run every project on a written scope, an assigned account team, and a fixed reporting cadence, so you always know where things stand.

The first 30 days

Onboarding is structured. You will know what we are doing each week, what we need from you, and what we will have delivered by the end of the month.

Days 1–3

Kickoff & scoped access

  • Signed scope, milestones, and reporting metrics.
  • Access provisioned with least-privilege roles (Seller Central, ads, brand tools).
  • Assigned account lead and supporting specialists introduced.
Days 4–10

Diagnostic & baseline

  • Account, catalog, advertising, and account-health audit.
  • Baseline metrics documented — the numbers we'll be measured against.
  • Risk register: hijackers, listing conflicts, suppressed ASINs, policy exposure.
Days 11–20

Plan & prioritized backlog

  • Written 90-day plan with owners, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
  • Quick wins shipped in parallel — listing fixes, ad structure, reimbursements filed.
  • Change-control log opened for anything touching live listings or campaigns.
Days 21–30

Execution & first review

  • Weekly reports live; first monthly review scheduled.
  • Standing operating rhythm in place across content, ads, and operations.
  • Roadmap confirmed for the following 60 days with the client.

What we need from you

A short list of client responsibilities that keep the project moving. We keep this deliberately small — the operating work sits with us.

  • Provide access to Seller Central, ads, and any brand tooling with the roles we specify.
  • Nominate a single client-side decision maker for approvals and change requests.
  • Share prior audits, supplier contacts, and known account-health history if relevant.
  • Respond to blocking questions within one business day where possible.
  • Approve creative, pricing, and inventory changes through the agreed change log.

Communication cadence

Predictable rhythm, in writing. You never have to ask where things stand.

Weekly written report

Every week: what shipped, what's next, blockers, and the metrics that moved. Delivered on the same day, same channel.

Working channel

A dedicated Slack or Teams channel with your account team. For working questions — not decisions.

Monthly review call

A 45-minute review of results, plan progression, and the next 30-day priorities. Recorded and summarized in writing.

Quarterly business review

A deeper look at unit economics, competitive position, and roadmap. Written brief circulated before the call.

Schedule a call

Tell us when you are available and a senior account lead will reach out to confirm a time. No forms to forward, no scheduling links to chase.

  • 15-minute introductory call to align on scope.
